Truly an incredible experience! I called at the last minute on a day when I was in nonstop pain. I reached out around 11 a.m., and they were able to fit me in that same afternoon around 3.
From the very first phone call, I felt like I was in good hands. The man I spoke with was incredibly empathetic and made me feel like I was dealing with a practice that genuinely cared about its patients. He also took the time to go over my insurance, explain my options, and walk me through how we could handle future visits to keep me on track.
Once I came in, they discovered that I had cracked a crown and broken a tooth from grinding my teeth at night. Apparently, the damage had happened some time ago without me realizing it, and by the time the pain really kicked in, a cavity had developed underneath the crack. I very narrowly avoided needing root canals thanks to this team catching it and getting to work right away. They placed temporary crowns to hold me over until the permanent ones came in, and when I returned for the final crowns, the appointment was surprisingly quick and easy.
The office also has a very high-tech operation, with some impressive technology that helps pinpoint exactly what's going on. Beyond that, I was really impressed by how efficiently the entire team works. Everyone seems to have a specific role, and you're seen by the person dedicated to that particular part of your care. It made the whole experience feel incredibly organized and seamless without ever feeling impersonal.
I'm extremely happy with this team and couldn't recommend them more highly. Their compassion, attention to detail, advanced technology, and efficient staff made what could have been an awful experience remarkably easy... and, most importantly, got me out of pain.

Dr. Gilbert was incredibly sweet and personable, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, everyone explained everything thoroughly, and the office was exceptionally clean. I’m so pleased with my experience!
